Our Fermented Red Beets are a special blend of organic Beets and onions with garlic and Pink Himalayan salt. They are naturally fermented for at least 3 months in small batches traditionally in stoneware pots imported from Germany. Great alone or added to a salad. Consumption of fermented beets has been shown in studies to lower blood pressure in some patients. For those of you in a hurry, a popular alternative for busy people is our Fermented Beet Kvaas.
